Complete Z-Wave configuration parameters?

Where can we find documentation for Z-Wave configuration parameters? I know for a fact that the information available on Z-Wave Alliance is incomplete. There are typically more parameters available than listed. The min, max, and default are usually missing and so is any meaningful explanation of the values. Other manufacturers provide this information. Consider Inovelli for example.

At this time, I'm specifically interested in Jasco models 59383 and 76724.
