Is `resvg-wasi` required as of 3.2.0?

Previously, `resvg-wasi` was optional, and a `resvg` available in the shell could be used. It seems that it has been [added](https://github.com/jaseg/gerbolyze/blob/main/pyproject.toml#L20) as a hard dependency, and I am wondering if this is the case, or if it can be moved to optional?
