I have often thought that it would be handy to have a command line tool to turn on/off Tuya devices. I don't know why I never added this to TinyTuya. As ov v1.17.5, we now have command line extensions to do just that.
Here are some examples.
Setup
# Setup - Inital setup wizard to create the devcies.json file to make it easier to use named devices tinytuya wizardList Devices
Device State
Control Devices
AI Friendly - Robot Ready
Fun fact: In case you are wondering, you can now tell AI Agents (e.g. OpenClaw) about TinyTuya and have it run wizard and these commands to control your home. With the simple CLI it makes it easy for it to figure out.
