REQUEST:
Is there an assembly routine to do a full restart or reboot on the raspberry pico firmware?
I would like the ESP.restart() sw callable function. I normally work 88 to 600 miles from my board.
The pico is attatched to a pi 3 b+. sudo chmod 777 /dev/ttyAC* and a reboot now and then have me working well.
I request, and will help implement this if you are willing to guide me. Then publish on your own, if you like it.

(I come from 1981 Honeywell 70 user systems, half megabyte system 8 bit memory, 10 bit address space, and COBOL and FORTRAN, when life was different , not better, and reboot and crash were synonyms)
