Can you give me which fonts you use (in Preferences/Interface), and also your Zoom %? Does this problem still occur if you change the fonts or the zoom (Command+/Command-) ?

Well, from that screen shot we can saw some long interface strings was blocked by right croll bar, then there may be a loop detection in the width layout that causes the shaking.

But as I cannot reproduce this problem, it is quite important I know which fonts and zoom setting are used. @Jh-data90 Could you give these settings?
