Could you try re-installing jasp via the microsoft store?

The missing "emmeans" package seems to indicate, that your jasp-installation is broken.
But it also might be data related. So if you could share youre .jasp file by zipping it and then drag and dropping it here, I could test on my machine.

for me at least post hoc tests work fine with 0.19.1
