[Feature Request]: Time-weighted control chart in Quality Control Module

Description

I have been considering JASP as an alternative software for my statistics and quality control course. In quality control, I have a part that introduces the usage of CUSUM control chart. To build this chart, it requires a few inputs, including h, k, mean, and sd. These inputs are missing from JASP's Quality Control Module. As a result, I would like to request the inclusion of these inputs for the CUSUM chart.
