Add contrast coding options for factors in linear and logistic regression

Purpose

Facilitate the analysis of factors in regression models

Provide a contrast option similar to that in the ANOVA in Mixed Models modules

Describe alternatives that you have considered

Contrast coding by hand, but it is annoying!

There is no timeline on this atm, but I bet this will be implemented at some point.
