[Bug]: Case sensitive help files missing on flatpak

Bug Description

As far as I understand https://github.com/jasp-stats/INTERNAL-jasp/issues/1041 fixes only the missing reliability-analysis help files on flatpak

• Factor: All 3
• BSTS
• Cochrane Meta-Analyses: All
• JAGS
• Meta-Analysis: classic & bayes Prediction Model Performance
• Prophet

Expected Behaviour

The help files are installed. They should be displayed.
To fix this just rename the file to lowercase as in the reliability module, see: jasp-stats/jaspReliability@b7a14b3#diff-fcfd9a65687395f14a9fb50c12507d8575e57c7a3ad359cdc66f5b1484d4173f
