I have experienced this myself yesterday as well (also with 0.19.3). I think it happend when I tried some keyboard copy-paste action and mispressed some keys....(but I don't know which ones)

thx for the report. Other users that reported a similar issue tried to calculate e.g. a huge amount of correlations. So can you tell more precisely what you try to do or share the affected jasp file by zipping it and drag and dropping it here?

Also the desktop log implies, that you try to open a file from cloud storage - maybe first download it and try again?

With the file in the library (for example Exam Anxiety from Andy Field) I just opened the file and played with some settings (not a real big data set) and suddenly it seems to freeze and output file is grey and empty There is no specific thing it happens variable times. When I change pearson test to spearmen test it happens but also when I add some extra options I will try to download it first and then see what happens With kind regards Joost Oomen

do you have installed jasp 0.18 and 0.19 side by side? That might be an issue. Maybe try to uninstall all jasp versions first and then re-install the newest one.

Dear Thomas I willl describe the timeline. First I installed the newest version. I experienced the described problems frequently so it was annoying . This was my first experience with JASP so not too good. I really like the interface and the easy way of using it for our students. So I wanted it to work and I deleted the latest version and downgraded one version. I experienced the same results but not with version 0.18.3 That is de reason I now use this version. Because of your suggestions earlier I installed 0.19.3 again to try and use files from my computer but still the same gray output after a couple of clicks. So I don’t think it is because of multiple versions on my computer because when I only had 0.19.3 it already started. I can try it on my own laptop (intel MacBook Pro and see if is because of the silicon version?
