thx for the request. Which module exactly should output this matrix? All cluster modules?
Can you also add more details about a useful R-Package to compute such a matrix? And how would you use it within cluster analysis?

Hi,

    I know the proximity matrix is produced by the R Package "randomforest" for Random Forest Regression.

This package is used in JASP.

The proximity matrix is produced by Random Forests Classification and the matrix is used in cluster analysis.
