I think the relevant R package is: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/seminr/vignettes/SEMinR.html#introduction.

It appears to be similar to the latest version of SMARTPLS.

@LouMR13 thank you for creating the request. Have you looked at the current PLS-SEM functionality that is already in JASP? In what ways would you want to extend what is already there?

I meant to say that the interface to build a model should

be a GUI like in SMARTPLS or WARPPLS.
