Bug Description

I just downloaded JASP and went in and all the prompts are twitchy and flashing on the screen. I cannot type anything into the boxes, nor can I make any preference changes that could fix it.

Expected Behaviour

I expected to be able to go in and open a new data set.

Steps to Reproduce

I open JASP and it just starts having issues.

It's a little difficult to catch since it's mostly about things not loading or flashing on an off screen. I cannot get past the opening windows at all.

thx for the report. Can you give more details on your OS? Which linux, which version, which flatpak version, which laptop model?
Or are you on ChromeOS? Because we had similar reports from ChromOS users since 3 weeks.

My laptop is an ASUS chromebook,Version 132.0.6834.206. My linux and flatpack are the latest version
