The quality control module does not contain a quantification of measurement uncertainty

Purpose

The uncertainty is important to be able to adjust specification limits in order to absorb the existing uncertainty from the measurement system and measurement process

Describe the solution you would like

Each one of the modules should calculate the measurement system analysis additionally in terms of measurement uncertainty. Given certain specification value, the system shall propose alternate specification values based on the measurement system capabilities.

Hello, unfortunately I cannot share any documents due to copyrights. The requirement comes from ISO IEC Guide 98-3 Uncertainty of measurement – Part 3: Guide to expression of uncertainty of measurement (GUM:1995).
