[Feature Request]: Use info from "Long Name" and "Description" fields in results

Description

Let the info from "Long Name" and "Description" fields optionally appear in the results; e.g. for tables right below the variable "Name", see screenshots

Purpose

make results more readable for non-experts / people that do not know what the short variable name means

Describe the solution you would like

To activate them put 2 options (for long name & description) under preferences => results => table options => show ... - and a 2nd one under plot options

Describe alternatives that you have considered

put those options in the workspace settings

This idea comes curtesy of Bob Muenchen. It is a feature currently exclusive to RKward and BlueSky Pro

Hmm, we could also add the long/short name as a tooltip for when short/long name is used as the title.
