Bug Description

Image

When I manually assign variables to different groups using the grouping interface (left panel), these changes are not accurately reflected in the actual network output or in the group summary (right panel). For example, in my recent analysis:

I assigned "Behavioral addiction" to Group 3 in the left panel, but in the group summary on the right, it appears under Group 1.

Similarly, "Smoking (years)", "Quit attempts" and "QSU" were set as Group 3 variables, but the network summary shows them under Group 2.

This discrepancy between the group selections and their visual representation causes confusion and misinterpretation of the results, particularly when presenting or exporting the analysis. The issue persists even after refreshing or re-running the model.

I kindly suggest reviewing the syncing mechanism between the group selection interface and the graph/network output. It would also be helpful if the grouping system had clearer feedback (e.g., real-time update or confirmation that changes were saved/applied properly).
