Steps to Reproduce

I start JASP
I open a data file
I start any analysis
The engine says it is waiting to initialize but never does. JASP does not work.
I open the R console to see what is happening.
It crashes.

If the crashes / enginge hangs persist you could try:

• one of the other install methods.
  
  Your log shows you used the MSI installer and the MSIX is known to be more robust. You can get it via the MS Store Button

• update your Operating system fully (23H2 is pretty old) and restart the machine (especially important are up to date graphics drivers if you run intel graphics). Since you run an Enterprise version your IT department might need to do this.

• run JASP with safe graphics mode:
  
  If JASP crashes before you can get to that window you can activate safe-graphics via starting a command prompt: Type "command prompt" in the Start menu & then type "c:\Program Files (x86)\JASP\JASP.exe --safeGraphics" and see if JASP is more stable this way.
