[Feature Request]: Let the JASP start page show the recently used files as pin-able thumbnail

Description

LibreOffice has this. Start the main app and the landing page shows thumbnails of the last files opened. You can even pin the important thumbs.

Purpose

To easier find files used last.

Use-case

Students nowadays have no concept of file and folder. They just download and forget. They struggle to manage and find files. Make life easier for them, and make teaching with software more efficient.

lost teaching efficiency due to students searching files they already used weeks before

Describe the solution you would like

similar to libreoffices implementation, see screenshot below

Describe alternatives that you have considered

Extent the "Open => Recent Files" section to >10 entries and make those pin-able. But this would have the disadvantage of not showing thumbnails.

Hmm OK, but it isn't pretty so I would want a preference option for this display. And of course we have some other fish to fry atm...
