Bug Description

Clicking on "Rotate" under X-Axis>Labels does not have an effect on the X labels - they do not rotate and thus, if they are long, they overlap.

BTW, Y-Axis labels do rotate, but it is for the X-Axis where this feature is the most useful!

Expected Behaviour

X-Axis labels should have become oblique, and thus not overlap.

Steps to Reproduce

Just click and unclick on Rotate on the attached file, under
Axis settings and annotations>X-Axis>Labels
