Bug Description

Currently, no translations can be edited for the jaspTTests-QML module, and several other modules, see e.g. https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/jasp/jaspttests-qml/#alerts:

Warning

"The translation is temporarily closed for contributions due to maintenance, please come back later.
The translation was automatically locked due to following alerts: Could not push the repository."

Expected Behaviour

Would be nice to be able to keep using Weblate for translation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Browse to Jasp project on Weblate, e.g. https://hosted.weblate.org/translate/jasp/jaspttests-qml/de/?q=state:%3Ctranslated
2. Find that it can't be edited.

I have unlocked the WebLate components. We have exceeded a string limit, so it might be lock again soon. We are in discussion with WebLate to upgrade our bill plan,
