[Feature Request]: Remove bold for lower line in descriptive tables

Description

Why is the lower line in descriptive tables and transposed tables in bold? I think this should be replaced by a normal line non-bolded.

Purpose

I think, the idea here is, to visually communicate that the table really reached its end. This could be usefull if a table is longer than a page of a document.

I have not noticed this, strange. If the bottom line is bold, the top line should be bold as well, aand we should do this for all tables. So I prefer the bottom line to be non-bold.

I agree with EJ. This is also compatible with APA format.

Both are easy to do, and I'm fixing the copy and paste tables format in Excel so I'll fix this too.

@EJWagenmakers Which one are you prefer? For me it seems that the top and bottom bold border seem to be more common, depending on whether we want to strictly follow APA style.
