Bug Description
Testing the updated X axis labels rotation, which now works, I noticed that it does rotate the labels but it cuts off the Y axis. I even tried recovering the Y axis limits but setting them on Edit Image - it allows me to enter new limits but the graph does not change - it stays with its upper Y axis limit cut off.
Note: this is when plotting a Sum.

After clicking on X-Axis/Labels/Rotate:
Expected Behaviour
Keep Y axis automatic limits to cover all the values, from lowest to highest.
Steps to Reproduce
Observe the plot on the attached file, and then check X-Axis/Labels/Rotate and observe the change in the Y axis. Note: if you now uncheck Rotate, the Y axis stays cut off.
Sort X-Axis by sum and count.zip
