Estimated Marginal Means

Windows 11

Bug Description

Once I select one variable in the estimated marginal means of the generalized mixed model I get an error due to contrast issues; but I ran the analysis multiple times in the past months and I never got this error with this database.

Expected Behaviour

Always got estimated marginal means stratifying for one or more variables enabling them in the panel

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Generalized Mixed Model.
  2. Check model is working.
  3. Enable Estimated Marginal means

Log (if any)

Error in contrasts<-(*tmp*, ncol(ca), value = ca): wrong number of contrast matrix rows
