In the logs I see:

Could it be there is something wrong with the sys.calls() code there?

Its the last thing the engine prints before starting again

Hmm I just tried to reproduce - I get the error message (ticking any option under "Assess fit", not just Kolmogorov) but not the engine crash. @romanogino how many observations are in your variable?
