Mixed Models
Describe the solution you would like
- Tests of random effects, this can be done via anova() ? 2) Extension to repeated measures within participants (“growth models”). These are very often used in longitudinal research. This requires not only specification of covariance structure of random intercepts and slopes, but also of the errors. Structures like AR(1) and sphericity will be handy. See for example mixed models in SPSS 3) It seems like JASP is oriented towards nominal independent variables, would be nice to make everything, e.g. text below tables and plotting possibilities, also tailored to continuous IV’s.
