Hi @isabellacc This is a really weird error...How did you install JASP: with the Microsoft store, the msi installer, or by uncompressing a zip file?

I used msi installer.

Apparently, something went wrong during the JASP installation. The best is to remove JASP and to install it again. Or to installl it from the Windows store.

I did it, and it didnt work.

Could it be related to my windows version? I use windows 10 Pro .

There is apparently something wrong with your DirectX installation. Can you check whether you have some Windows updates (Method 4)?
