[Feature Request]: Recode / visual binning

Description

in SPSS there is a module called visual binning

Purpose

this module helps that helps to categorize and add labels to a continuous variable based on several options

Use-case

any gui that can help to categorize old vs new is the older option visual binning is much elegant
