Return ticket current state status

hi , i'm new to river ,

i have gone through the river-documentation . How to get a ticket's current state 

i have a ticket model , that has a state changed from 1 to 2 .
how to view that ticket models's current state 

like ,   localhost/ticket/1/
          localhost/ticket/2/
 ... based on pk
