larsimmisch/avr is deprecated

Just getting started with this and following the instructions on the readme to setup the avr tools.

A bunch of home-brew warnings led me to find out that the larsimmisch/avr tap is deprecated in favour of osx-cross/homebrew-avr

Hey, I'm having the same issue in 2020. osx-cross/homebrew-avr does not include an actual Xcode template, like X-AVR. I know I somehow got X-AVR working on my other machine about a year ago, before I sold it – but I can't remember what I did.

Plus, why is the other repository favoured… when it's not even a template like this repository????

But tell me one thing, where is that path(I mean, path to the executables from larsimmisch/avr) saved?
