Sharding for scalar value

I think it is not that important, but just a curiosity.

For a scalar value, how to store it inside the mesh devices?

x = jax.device_put(jnp.zeros(()), device=jax.sharding.NamedSharding(mesh, PartitionSpec()))

I think it cannot help but to be replicated through all device.

Is it right?

Or, if there is a sharding(?) or some kind of strategy to store its value on a specific device?

I think there is a way to store its value on a specific device..
