Is there a way to feed StableHLO as an input string to JAX?

Hi,

I'm wondering whether there is an interface for feeding StableHLO as a string to PjRT and receiving a python callable back? Essentially, I would like to bypass the JAXPR representation and feed PjRT a StableHLO that was generated via another alternative.
