How to fix the circular import error?

I use the Jax v0.4.27 to run my local demo. but meet the error below and I believe my demo has no problem:

by the way, my python version is 3.11

I've seen this kind of error in the past when the jax and jaxlib versions are misaligned. Can you double-check the versions of the two packages?
