Add Category Field to data.json and Enable Category-Based Filtering in UI #85

Hello,
To improve project discoverability and user experience, I suggest adding a "category" field to each project entry in data.json (e.g., "Web Development", "Machine Learning", "Documentation"). This would allow contributors and users to filter projects based on their interests or expertise. Once added, the frontend UI can be enhanced with a dropdown or filter bar that lets users view projects by category.
This feature would make the project list more navigable, especially as the number of entries grows.
I'd be happy to work on both the data and UI changes if this sounds helpful!
