feature request: add a substitution token for attachment filename in "--mail-text=" file #128
Description
The generic text message tells recipients to run: gpg --import <file>. If "<file>" could be replaced with the actual MIME-specified filename, that would make it a simple copy/paste for the recipient and at the same time it would make it clear which file must be supplied in that command.
