Replace portfolio link list with thumbnails

People like pretty pictures, and this page looks empty until the user scrolls down to the screenshots. Using thumbnails to link to the process docs, wireframes, whiteboards, etc. will add visual interest and fill out the page.

1. Select thumbs for each item that would be visually interesting (not necessary to use the title page for long docs)
2. Since the thumbs will link to the actual docs rather than zooming like all other images, there should be at least a title visible somewhere (hover?) along with file size
