updated firmware today, adding pid values that work and flame-out relighting that works REALLY well.

Have you ever had issues with the voltage spiking on the inputs when triggering the system on/off? I seem to have voltage spikes resulting in higher temperature readings across a0, a1, a2, & a3. I have tried this with and with out my relay board connected to try to reduce noise. Any ideas?

Interesting. In my testing I have also found that the meat probes varied quite a bit and are finicky, even though I'm using 1% resistors. I ended up moving on and getting a ThermoWorks RFX 4 probe system and I just got that integrated with HA this past weekend.
I'm not sure if it's the probes or the ADC that is unstable. I think that feature is going to take some investigative work.
