Show Claude session name

Set via /rename command.

Ideally this app has an option to rename the Claude session, but I don't think there's a way to do it from the command line outside of Claude's interactive session.

I think showing name is more important than rename.
I rename a session in claude code, but I cannot see it in agent-sessions. In agent-session, still ambiguous command, it's not helpful. like
