Create a Gitlab pages example project for people to fork and bake sites on Gitlab pipelines.

Is there any preference on the default template used for example project?

I really like this one: https://github.com/manikmagar/jbake-future-imperfect-template might as well look the best it can be.

I like that one too. I'll create an example repo on gitlab pages with that theme and the gitlab-ci config same as jbake.org.
