Unable to export charts due to change of fair use policy

By default, exporting charts send data to the Highcharts clients. This functionality is no longer work as Highchart has recently updated their fair usage terms.

Exporting charts to PNG now shows error: "Sorry, you have been blocked // You are unable to access highcharts.com"
Can we change the default setting to use client side exporting instead, or someway to add the HTTP referer and user-agent headers?

If you are tacking about exporting in JPEG, SVG, PDF or PNG, I use an external module for that.

However, I think that only works if you use the same library version (11.4.8) for your other modules.
I circumvent the nastiness of the HighCharts "fair use"policy entirely by getting all my modules from cloudflare
