MPPSolar MPI10k inverter with another Grid-Tie inverter

Hello, I have an MppSolar MPI10k inverter and recently I have installed a grid-tie inverter (Huawei) onto the grid connection. I am sending periodic EMINFO commands into MppSolar and I cannot get it to charge the battery from the grid. As soon as I enable charging battery from the grid, it starts to charge at maximum set current. The best it does(with AC charging disabled) is that the MppSolar is charging battery with onboard MPPTs and the energy not consumed by the house (generated by Huawei) is being exported.
I wanted to achieve something that Victron MultiPlus can do where it can take power from the grid or export to grid based on energy meter.

Q1. Do your grid-tie inverter have export limiter.
Q2. It's not clear where do you install it

Q1: Not needed I can export up to 10kW, just want to consume it and not send to grid.
Q2: connection is grid-energyMeter-BothInvertersParallelOnAC
Then house is either on MppSolar AC out or I can switch it direct on grid after energy meter.

The energy meter sees the export and I inform the MppSolar about the excess with EMINFO. It just doesn't use the energy. (discharging battery works when house consumption increases)

Yes, this is the way it is connected. The meter is sending data to MppSolar to either charge or discharge the battery. There are PV cells on the MppSolar also and MppSolar is unwilling to take power from the grid to charge the batteries, only used the PV connected to self.
Once I enable "PV+Grid charges battery" setting, it does not accept the commands from the Meter and just starts charging from the grid at full power.

Smart meter can be read by only one of inverters.

In this situation if hybrid inverter export something and ongrid put extra energy can be error situation.
Put smart meter in this way

Grid - ongrid inverter - smart meter - hybrid inverter - house.
