Add instructions to generate/update schema #2

This is great! Especially when combined with something like Pydantic and the datamodel-code-generator. Unfortunately the schemas that you have stored in this repository have fallen out of date. Can you add some details of how you created these schema objects so that others can replicate your work and keep up to date with new versions of the Hashicorp products?
