Description
Hi,
I am working on the efficiently decoding rtsp stream for processing with in the opencv. Not %100 related this codes but can be informative for all of us.
I have 4 rtsp stream h264 1080p and I need only 15 fps for each of them. what will be the best and efficient way to this without diving the low level C/C++ ? compiling gstreaming or ffmpeg on the working machine ie enough ?
And I have below error in my RPi4:
./hello_drmprime jellyfish-5-mbps-hd-h264.mkv
