### Description Hey! I was wondering if it would be possible to expose the metaclass for `Struct` (`msgspec._core.StructMeta`) in Python? I think that would in general permit adding metaclasses to classes that inherit `Struct`. And could possibly be used to enable support for #806? Thanks!
