After running start.sh in the docker image, I encountered this error after running python /tmp/client.py -u ws://localhost:8080/client/ws/speech -r 8192 /tmp/bill_gates-TED.mp3

Received error from server (status 9) Error message: No decoder available, try again later

The worker.log file gave the following error
