I have started to wget data from https://data.nist.gov/od/id/mds2-2578 . There are 23 assembly's and some have parts a, b, or c so it is taking some time. The files are in tar format so I have to run tar -xzvf on them to unpack all the data. So far I have made a script and am running quast on the assembly's and copying the data to an excel file. I have statistics from 9 assembly's so far.
