Create a Grafana plugin for Document DB to dashboard/visualise the collected logs

This might be a bit optimistic and maybe out of scope of this repository, but it would be cool to have some way to visualise the logs in Azure Cosmos DB and it doesn't seem that there is a pre-existing plugin for Grafana already.
