Retrieving Section/Chapter Titles

Hi, I went through the documentation and looked through debugger components. I noticed that that the current code does not retrieve section headers.

For example, you can see in this video that there are chapter headers.

Chapters
00:00 - Intro
00:50 - The Manila Bus Incident
2:42 - Digital Hatred and Real Violence
4:12 - The Labor Export
5:30 - Singapore
6:25 - Love for Filipinos
7:50 - Help from Filipinos
9:00 - The Quiet Revolution
9:55 - So, Why?

However, when fetched using youtube-transcript-api, chapter headers are not fetched.
Are there solutions for this?

no, this currently is not supported by youtube-transcript-api. There is a open PR on this, but it is based on a old version of the code and would need some rework. I was planning to add this feature, but haven't gotten around to it yet.
