Site: Redesign GitHub Pages with Catppuccin theme

- Replace Pico CSS with Catppuccin theming (4 flavors, default: Macchiato)
- Add syntax-highlighted install command with copy button
- Add GitHub widget showing stars, forks, and recent commits
- Add theme switcher dropdown
