Add different drivers for MacOS, Linux to get_driver.py

- [ ] Support Firefox, Safari, Edge drivers
- [ ] Support downloading a particular version
- [ ] Support downloading for different OS
- [ ] Cover with unit tests
- [ ] Tests should run with Github Actions
- [ ] Test run report should be in build artfacts
