consider prompting folks submitting Extra Info for their area to include chat channel?

There's some anecdotal evidence suggesting that when new contributors get plugged into (for example) the IRC channel associated with thing project they're working on, they tend to get more involved and stick around longer. Perhaps this is because they feel more like part of a team.

Would it be worth adding some text or an affordance to encourage people submitting extra information to also include a link to the IRC or slack or whatever for the part of the project in question?

I'm not sure that adding IRC channels to the information displayed on bugsahoy is that valuable; it seems much more reasonable to suggest people submit catch-all wiki pages that should include contact information.
